Jamie Morassut – Trade and Business Director
Jamie has accumulated extensive experience in project and material management, planning and preparation of work sites, construction processes, sub-contracting, implementation procedures as well as quality control measures. To add to his Diploma of Building Studies and Certificate in Shopfitting, Kitchen and Detailed Joinery, Jamie has the knowledge and abilities, not only as a qualified tradesperson but as the Principal Contractor, that allow him to understand and deal with the varying needs of our diverse clientele. Jamie’s core skills also include adhering to client demands with care and deliberation, manufacture and installation of works, as well as supervising and working in collaboration with other tradespeople.

Bianca Morassut – Creative and Business Director
Bianca has completed both a Bachelor in Design (Honours) Degree and a Certificate in Colour Consulting for Interior Decoration, and is also a Member of The Design Institute of Australia and the Colour Society of Australia. With professional experience in design, detailing and documentation of a broad range of projects, Bianca also brings to Festoni a depth of analytical and lateral problem solving skills, inspiring and unique concepts, colour and design applications, as well as knowledge of relevant, industry technology processes. Bianca’s responsibilities additionally include client and consultant liaison, work administration, and OH&S initiatives. What is more, Bianca is also a part of a passionate, teaching dynamic force at TAFE NSW Colleges.

Qualified Tradespeople – Sub-Trade Contractors
Qualified Tradespeople are engaged to carry out a high level of skill and understanding of joinery works, as well as the operation of machinery, hand and power tools, and job planning. In addition, other specific trade works, including plumbing, electrical, gas fittings, carpentry, tiling and painting, are selected to complete the required demands to the satisfaction of the Principal Contractor and in accordance with the plans, specifications and the law. The teams of tradespeople contribute their expertise and continue to be well-informed of new resources, equipment and techniques.

Trainee Apprentices – Off-Site Construction (Shopfitting)
The Trainee Apprentices are currently facing an exciting and challenging time to combine work and study together. In the four years lead up to acquire and achieve their Certificate of Proficiency in Off-Site Construction (Shopfitting), their willingness to learn and to be trained are being demonstrated by their abilities to complete set joinery work and supervised tasks, reading and interpreting plans, develop a positive 'work safe' attitude within the workplace, as well as to understand and apply themselves to the entire cabinetry manufacturing and installation process.

Edwin Stabile – Accountant
As part of the team at TAC Australia, Edwin provides personnel customer service, with practical solutions, professionally and timely. Services offered include taxation, superannuation, management of wealth creation and investments.
